MY BIO

BACKGROUND

Born in 1957, at Ft. Dix, NJ. Which means I'm an Army Brat. Lived up till the 3rd grade living in Patchogue, NY. It is on the south shore of Long ISland, New York. Spent the remaining childhood in Massachuessets. Where I graduated from Gardner High School in 1975 and enlisted in the US Army Reserves. In 1976, I transferred to active duty with the US Army. I spent the 21 years serving in the Army and defending our Great Nation. I am married with 3 loving children

During my tour of duty, I have either stationed, trained or visited 3 continents, 5 countries, 5 states. MAP

HOBBIES

I enjoy Photography (from taking the photograph to printing them. Over the years, I won numerous photograph yawards for my work. These include at Monterey County (CA) Fair, the All Army, and the Intersevice Photography Contest. I have also sold some of my prints to visiting German citizens.

Enjoy reading books. Topics are very board. However, I do favor World History, Archaeology, Military History, to name a few.

I also enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family

ACTIVITES

I am very active with the Boy Scouts of America. Currently, I am serving as the Scoutmaster for Troop 1763, Houston, Missouri. I have served as Staff for Camp Arrowhead, Ozark Trails Council, Springfield, MO; as the Shooting Sports Director, Project COPE Director, Climbing Director. I have also been on the Action Center C (Climbing/Repeeling)staff for the 2001 BSA's National Jamboree.

I have earned the Cubmaster Training Award, the Scoutmaster knot (NESA awarded), earned and wear 3 beader Woodbadge (2 Bead:Beaver Patrol, course: C99-03L; 3 bead, Asst. SM course:C35-04), a Brother in the Order of the Arrow, a Sachem in the Tribe of Lone Bear.
