Web Site Overview

This web site was created for all ages to share information, thoughts, views, etc with others which I feel are important or worthy of sharing. The National Flags used here are to depict certain times in history, and are not being used to glorify any politics or beliefs in anyway.

It should be noted that while many of pages do include war like themes, such as 1/35 scale military models and honoring veterans of war, it does not imply or give any endorsement towards war or similar activities. First, being a Combat veteran myself, I feel very strongly about how any veteran should be honored, remembered, and respected. Secondly, one hobby I enjoy is building scale models

Furthermore, the use of National Flags, Military Insignia, Unit Crests, and awards, Governmental Logos, etc DOES NOT imply any endorsement by that agency or government.

While, Geer's Country and it's owner believe in free speech, we do not condone, accept, or promote violence, terrorism, abuse towards humans or animals, sexual explicit themes of any sort, and discrimination like: racism, religion, ethnic, and gender.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Geer's Country and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Geer's Country's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Geer's Country may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
