TCMH is a 66 bed facility which offers complete surgical, obstetrical, emergency and physical therapy services. Hospital based services include 24 hour laboratory, diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, helical CT scanner, ultrasound, mammography, MRI and ambulatory surgery. In addition to these services, TCMH also offers a 24 hour cardiopulmonary therapy, an obstetrical department, home health, hospice, three surgical suites with a 6 bed recovery room, cardiac rehabilitation, a 4 bed intensive care unit, an 8 bed telemetry unit and a 7 bed emergency room.

TCMH extends medical care one step further by providing a 24 hour emergency department, complete with advanced life support ambulances dispatched from bases in Licking, Houston and Cabool. Air flight service is also available for emergency situations.

Along with family care physicians, TCMH has physicians specialized in cardiology, dermatology, general surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics, plastic surgery, podiatry, pulmonology, radiology and urology.
