As of August 1st 2009 TRAIN' offices are located at 209 E Hwy B in Raymondville. In the same building as the Raymondville city hall or what is known to many as the old First National Bank building.

All phone numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged. TRAIN services such as Dial-up, Wireless and Fiber to the Home are not affected in any way.

Starting August 10th 2009 you will be able to pay your TRAIN bill at the Bank of Houston.

IMPORTANT : In order to make payments at the Bank of Houston you will need to obtain a FREE payment coupon booklet from TRAIN. No payments can or will be accepted at the bank if you do no have a coupon.

Coupon book info:

1. It is FREE
2. It contains 12 coupons / payment stubs (enough for 1 year)
3. The Bank can not accept payments without it.
4. It is customized with your TRAIN account information (this is why it is required. The bank passes the stub along to TRAIN and this is how we know what account the payment should be applied to)
5. You can't do it until August 10th.
6. You can pick one up at our office in Raymondville it only takes a few minutes to make one.
7. Give us a call and we can mail it to you . Our numbers are the same as always 967-2900 or Toll Free 1-866-967-2900.

You can also mail payments in to the new address, pay online with a credit card, pay with Paypal or stop by our Raymondville office and pay in person.
